the location is just great, a short walk to the centre and the v&a museum. breakfast had a lovely included selection. the staff were helpful too, answering every question i had. i would stay again for sure.
the vending machines were all completely empty. arriving later at night meant there was nothing available to eat from them, frustrating. i had to go out again to find something.

The location proved excellent, offering convenient access to various attractions. The staff members were helpful and always ready to assist with any queries. My room included a large, comfortable bed that helped ensure restful sleep. I appreciated the very clean condition of my room.
The gym hours were somewhat limited, difficult to fit in a workout some days. I hope the hours can be extended.

The hotel provides a direct walkway from level four of the multi-story car park. I avoided any rain. My room was changed quickly due to my request. The staff handled it well. Breakfast was well-stocked, and the morning hours allowed flexibility.
I waited a long time for my food. The pizza tasted like cardboard, and the chips were either raw or overcooked.
